What exactly is done?
We exchange or replace the following wear parts from your electric scooter with a value of around € 700.00
• New battery!
• New tyres
• New brakes
• New brake cables
• New chain translation
These wearing parts are completely renewed or repaired so that they are like new!
This repair is available as part of the repair bonus minus € 200 and our electric moped campaign minus € 250 for a total price of € 250!
The prerequisite is: The billing address is issued for an Austrian household. We would be happy to apply for the repair voucher for you.
If the e-scooter is sent to us, you will have to pay an additional € 60 for shipping costs. We offer a "pick up and return service" for this, i.e. a pick-up and return service through our shipping partners. Feel free to ask about this.
If further defects on the electric scooter are found during the repair, such as a defective controller or a defective motor, then this can also be replaced with a 50% discount on the respective part.
