WEEE Registration & Disposal Information

AbZ Elektromoped GmbH is properly registered as a producer under the Austrian WEEE regulation and fulfills all legal obligations regarding the return and proper disposal of waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE) and batteries.

The take-back and recycling obligations are handled through an officially approved collection and recovery system in cooperation with Elektro Recycling Austria GmbH (ERA).

For deliveries to Germany, we exclusively offer products that are either registered with the German EAR Foundation (Stiftung EAR) or distributed via authorized representatives as required by law.

This ensures that all electrical and electronic equipment and batteries placed on the market comply with the current legal requirements in Austria and Germany.
